ABOUT

I’m a fourth generation intuitive hands-on healer. Combining decades of formal education with transformative personal experience, my approach is both compassionate and effective.
While I highly value conventional talk therapy, it wasn’t until I explored more embodied practices like Vipassana meditation, yoga and shamanic journeying that I began to understand the meaning of transformational healing.  I later fell in love with the gentle power of acupuncture and quickly enrolled in a Masters program in Chinese Medicine. Soon after, I was certified to teach yoga and Intuitive Health & Healing was born.  

My deep love for energy medicine inspired me further to earn certifications in Craniosacral therapy, Reiki, flower and gem essences, and Homeopathy. Integrating trauma-informed approaches and nervous system/poly vagal re-balancing rounds out treatments in the softest way.

For almost 20 years, I’ve maintained a daily practice of meditation and yoga. For the past 5 years, I’ve been awarded Best Acupuncturist in Tucson.  I regularly collaborate with spiritual teachers, homeopaths, Chinese Medicine practitioners and energy healers for my own wellbeing and to continually update the services that I offer.
